Areas of focus

Kristie leads the Microsoft Business Applications practice, which provides Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technologies within the EY Microsoft Services Group. She supports customers in developing technology strategies and roadmaps, providing valuable digital applications, and building effective teams.

Kristie has over 20 years of business process design, CRM implementation, and technology-strategy consulting experience behind her. She joined EY in March of 2018 through EY’s acquisition of Sonoma Partners.

Kristie holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Ohio University and an MBA, MSIT in Business and Information Technology from the University of Denver.

How Kristie is building a better working world

Kristie’s collaborative style allows her to work closely with organizations across the spectrum of industries, developing strategies and roadmaps for growth through technology. She has led over 50 implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in addition to developing the EY Power Platform Center of Enablement framework, which organizations can adopt to support their own Power Platform implementations. Kristie has also led over a dozen workshop series to help organizations align on a CRM vision and roadmap across sales, service, marketing, and all other customer-facing functions.
