Kamo serves as the Head of Tax Practice for EY in Armenia.
With over 17 years of professional experience, Kamo has extensive consulting experience with domestic and international clients and financial institutions. His key competencies include tax consulting, corporate and personal tax compliance, TP, risk advisory, statutory accounting and reporting services.
Kamo has been engaged in various tax review, tax due diligence, as well as different tax audit projects for telecommunication, energy, mining, IT, banking, manufacturing, waste management, aviation, entertainment and various other companies.
Kamo has also had an active involvement in several tax litigation projects.
In addition to his experience at EY, Kamo also worked as a Tax Expert on the development of the RA Tax Code. Currently, Kamo is a member of several professional committees, in particular:
- Member of Revenue Policy Improvement Board of Ministry of Finance;
- Member of Social Council of Revenue Administration Reforms;
- Vice-chairman of Tax, Customs and Fiscal Policy Committee of American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia (AmCham).
- Board Director of Armenian British Business Chamber (ABBC)
- Board Member of the European Business Association (EBA)
Kamo holds a Master’s degree in Management from Armenian State University of Economics.
