The Strategy and Transactions Graduate Program is designed for new graduates looking to begin their career in the Strategy and Transactions.

Over two years, you will receive training, coaching, and experiences on live projects with our clients to help you develop the core competencies, such as how to research, analyze data, create financial or business models, communicate insights and manage risks. You will work on mergers, acquisitions, high-value transactions and consider the impact of macroeconomics on your clients’ plans, and much, much more during your time on Strategy and Transactions program.

By helping organizations and their investors understand their company’s financial health, we give them confidence that the results they report provide a true and fair picture of their business. The Audit Graduate Program is a two-year program focused on developing future leaders in the financial auditing space. As part of the Assurance service line, you will receive specific technical training on EY financial audit methodologies, as well as hands-on experience in financial audit assignments with our clients, across a variety of sectors, in the MENA region. After initial soft skill and technical inductions, you will spend much of the two year program contributing to projects and working on engagements with a variety of clients. You will also receive coaching, guidance and on the job support from experienced audit professionals. As part of the Audit Graduate Program, we will encourage and support you to gain an accounting professional qualification.

As an audit professional, you will provide independent verification of our clients’ compliance with accounting principles. By doing so, you’ll play an important role in helping businesses reflect their finances accurately and, in turn, rebuild trust in financial markets — building a better working world. As our Audit sub-service line transforms by placing an even stronger emphasis on data analytics, we are looking to hire graduates who are keen on applying the relevant knowledge and skills they possess to interpreting and handling big data to better understand our clients’ business, identify risks, and provide enhanced quality and coverage.

Our FAAS graduate program is designed for new graduates with a passion for accounting and solving complex financial problems. Throughout the two year program you will receive training and coaching on technical accounting and fundamental consulting skills. You will have the opportunity to work on live projects with our clients, all the while receiving support and guidance from experienced FAAS professionals. As part of the FAAS Graduate Program you will be encouraged and supported to gain a financial professional qualification.

In Financial Accounting Advisory Services, you’ll work with a variety of clients, addressing their challenges in converting from GAAP to IFRS, advising on financial accounting excellence and GAAP conversions, and accounting for transactions, including IPOs.
