Siham is the Western Cape Government and Infrastructure Lead Partner. Siham is responsible for leading market growth by bringing together multi-disciplinary teams which includes technology and business consulting in the public sector.

Siham has 25 years’ experience in public sector advisory, leading large complex programmes locally and abroad, with expertise in oil and gas, infrastructure and utilities, transport and health.

Siham has advised public sector executives on their transformation and organisational change programs, digital transformation strategies and public finance management and performance issues.

Siham has served clients in Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria), as well as the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates).

Prior to EY Siham was a Partner leading Public Sector Advisory at Grant Thornton in Cape Town.

Siham holds a Master of Business Administration (Cum Laude), specialising in Executive Leadership from the University of Cape Town as well as post graduate qualifications from University of Oxford Said School of Business.
