Ngoc is a Director, EY Law Vietnam Limited Liability Company (EY Law Vietnam). She has more than 15 years of experience in consultancy and professional services with EY in Vietnam.
Ngoc’s client-facing responsibilities involve conducting business restructuring including business expansions, mergers, de-mergers, liquidation, and organizational restructuring engagements, in addition to new corporate formation.
Ngoc has a proven track record of assisting a range of multinational clients in various sectors in conducting inbound investment and market entry, corporate incorporation and restructuring. Her selected project experiences include corporate incorporation advisory, advisory on forms of doing business in Vietnam from regulatory and tax perspectives, as well as leading the implementation phases of business restructuring.
Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Commerce, Hanoi and holds a Degree on English Studies from the Hanoi University.

She is continuously evolving the Legal Services team of EY Vietnam to not only better meet the needs of clients, investors, and regulators, but to align and harmonize their requirement to grow together following the principles of transparency and sustainability.
