Minh is a Partner of Strategy & Transactions team at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company. She has 16 years of professional experience in EY, including both audit and transaction services and almost 2 years working as a senior finance consultant in a private equity fund in Vietnam. She is experienced in due diligence and other M&A services.
Minh has involved in more than 250 transactions in Vietnam and Cambodia across industries and has served various international and local clients, both industry players and financial investors and investment funds.
Minh holds a bachelor degree from University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specialized in accounting and auditing. She is fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of UK and member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (Vietnam CPA).
