Digital-based Food Traceability Systems for Fruit and Vegetable Supply Chains in Vietnam.

To support businesses in the fruit and vegetable supply chains in Vietnam in meeting food origin traceability requirements of both domestic and export markets, ensuring food safety, and thereby increasing the value of Vietnam agri-product, EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN) is going to conduct a training course themed Digital-based Food Traceability Systems for Fruit and Vegetable Supply Chains in Vietnam.

Participants will be provided with concepts and definitions of origin traceability, requirements of the market, and applicable digital technologies deployed in Vietnam and other countries. The training session also provides participants with opportunities to have dialogues with and learn from the experiences in implementing and applying traceability systems from EY's global network expert and the traceability solution providers.

This training course is conducted within the scope of the Assessment of the Use of Digital Technologies to Improve Traceability and Monitoring of Food Safety Standards Compliance in Fruit and Vegetable Value Chains in Vietnam Project sponsored by the World Bank and consulted by EY Vietnam.
