Fei Chen

Fei Chen is the CEO and co-founder of Linmon Media Co., Ltd, a leading Hong Kong-registered content production company. Since its inception in 2014, Linmon Media has been engaged in the production, distribution and licensing of popular drama and film. Today, the company's business operations extend globally, encompassing major markets, such as Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe and Australia, outside of Mainland China.

In 2003, Fei graduated from the Department of International Politics at Fudan University and subsequently joined Shanghai Media Group (SMG) in 2004, where she worked for 10 years. During that period, she observed firsthand the flourishing era of Chinese television. However, in 2014, when prominent Chinese industry figures ventured into video streaming, she and three of her colleagues seized the opportunity to launch Linmon Media. 

Possessing an internal drive, Fei draws motivation not only from within, but also from the evolving needs of users in a constantly changing industrial landscape. Fei has been recognized as a top talent within the national broadcasting, television and online audio-visual industries. 

She has been selected as one of the 30 most influential Business Mulan in China, and one of the top 10 annual figures in Shanghai's cultural enterprises. As a trailblazer in the film and television industry, her extensive experience has led her to be invited twice to lecture at Chaos University. Linmon Media has won the "National Cultural Export Priority Enterprises" for six consecutive years.
