As EY Global and EMEIA Life Sciences Sector Lead, Daniel is passionate about helping life sciences companies deliver better patient outcomes in the most efficient and effective way that can mutually benefit firms, payors, providers and patients.
Daniel started his career at a major pharmaceutical company and later in the NHS (National Health Service). Within pharma, Daniel managed the integration of the Welcome acquisition into Europe; implemented the UK pharmacy-agency distribution model, an industry first; managed a healthcare venture fund which sought to create physician-led companies; and then lead the sales and marketing for the European Neurology franchise. Within the NHS, Daniel created the first commercial clinical Site Management Organization that used the NHS’s unique data set to accelerate access to clinical trials.
Daniel earned a BSc (1st Hons) in Geography from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Computer and Information Science.
