Sergio is proficient in artificial intelligence and technology integration, talent management, strategic workforce transformation, succession planning, organizational design, leadership assessments and development, total rewards, job redesign, learning and development, and change management.

Before joining the firm, Sergio led business functions for tech giants, unicorns and public companies across the Asia-Pacific region. He also worked with CEOs and boards as a leadership advisor and executive search consultant.

Sergio’s academic credentials include an Executive Leadership Development program, Stanford Graduate School of Business, US; a Certificate in Organizational Psychology and Design, Golden Gate University, US; and an MA in English Literature, University of Zaragoza, Spain.
