Nhan advises companies and government agencies in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian region on sustainability strategies. These include reviewing sustainability frameworks, facilitating stakeholder engagement, target setting, roadmaps for sustainability performance improvement and disclosures that comply with regulatory requirements and international standards.

Her work also includes providing advice on climate change risks and opportunities and their integration into strategic planning and risk management. In addition, she conducts sustainability assurance and due diligence for various environmental, social and governance performance indicators for companies from diverse sectors.

Nhan holds a Master of Science (Environmental Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor, The Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
