Nelson is an assurance partner at Ernst & Young LLP in Singapore. Focusing on Singapore Exchange (SGX) and capital market matters, he helps many real estate clients in external and internal audits as well as assists in numerous real estate investment trust (REIT) and business trust transactions.
He also oversees and plays an active role in the IPOs of many REITs and business trusts on SGX from inception and planning to final listing.
Nelson is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants as well as the Education and Research Committee of the REIT Association of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
