Kwan Eng brings a unique background in the defence science industry to his role at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd. Upon joining the firm, he quickly assumed leadership of the Financial Instrument team and successfully transformed it into a highly regarded Quantitative Analytics and Treasury Service serving clients across ASEAN and beyond.

With extensive experience in valuing derivatives, structured transactions, credit risk, and portfolio valuation for private funds, Kwan Eng is well-versed in various financial domains. He also possesses a strong understanding of digital transformation agenda, policy and operating model design.

Beyond his regular responsibilities, Kwan Eng has made significant contributions to special projects, including the LIBOR trade review and transaction monitoring optimization. 

Kwan Eng is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, and a Certified International Treasury Management professional. He earned an MSc in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore - Risk Management Institute and holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College, London.
