How Jason is building a better working world
“Companies need to adapt their workforces quickly in response to opportunities and challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and other disruptions. I help companies rethink their future workforce and organizational models to address a variety of people challenges with the aim of future-proofing the organization to thrive in the new normal. This gives them the agility to help lower costs and drive efficiency and growth in the face of disruption.
I also enjoy speaking with HR and other business leaders at seminars as well as delivering training to HR and other professionals on specific topics like strategic change management and organization design. This helps build a community of professionals who enhance human capital for their teams and organizations locally and regionally.”
