PT Ernst and Young Digital Solutions (EYDS) acquires business and assets of PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi (Kreatif)

• Kreatif’s 114 professionals, including their three founders, have officially joined the EYDS Technology Consulting team.

Professional services organization, PT Ernst and Young Digital Solutions (EYDS), has acquired the business and assets of PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi (Kreatif), a leading Microsoft services provider in Indonesia. This strategic acquisition bolsters the EY network’s Technology Consulting capabilities across Asean, positioning the network as a leader in enabling digital transformation for companies in the region.

Effective from 28 February 2025, this acquisition marks a significant step in EYDS’ growth journey, enhancing its competitive edge while expanding its ability to address clients’ transformation needs. EYDS will strengthen its Microsoft service offerings, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), delivering greater value to clients.

Kreatif, recognized as Microsoft’s Partner of the Year for Indonesia in 2018 and again in 2024, brings a proven track record and deep expertise in Microsoft solutions. Following the acquisition, Kreatif’s three founders will join EYDS, with two joining as Partners and one as Executive Director, alongside 111 professionals who will integrate into the EYDS Technology Consulting team.

New Center of Excellence to support companies advance digital transformation

With this acquisition, EYDS announces the establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Technology Solutions.

Leadership and team composition

The Kreatif’s founders, who bring decades of expertise in Microsoft technologies, will continue to lead the CoE. They have joined EYDS to enable a seamless integration of their deep domain knowledge with EYDS’ resources. 

The CoE comprises 114 skilled professionals, all formerly from Kreatif, now integrated into EYDS’ Technology Consulting team. Their combined experience in Microsoft solutions puts clients’ interest in receiving the highest quality service across Indonesia and Asean in the forefront of service delivery.
