During her years in the profession, Mihaela has been involved in audits of a wide range of international clients in diverse industry sectors (manufacturing, leisure and entertaining, retail, oil and gas, trading, pharma, telecommunications, automotive etc).
She leads the audit of listed entities on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, significant subsidiaries of clients listed on the US Stock Exchange and coordinated the audit of local entities involved in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) process. Her experience also includes audit at the Shared Service Centers.

In her role of Professional Practice Director for Romania and Moldova, she is responsible for monitoring, controlling and enhancing the quality of the Assurance core and specialty practices and for the consistent execution of Global and Area Assurance policies, procedures and methodology.
She is involved and participates as a trainer in internal and external sessions relating to methodology and as well in the organized seminars relating audit and statutory legislation.
Mihaela is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from Glasgow, UK, a Romanian Certified Financial Auditor by the Public Oversight of the Activity of Statutory Audit Authority (ASPAAS) and a member of the Romanian Chamber of Auditors (CAFR).
