Liliana has managed over 500 due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side clients across a range of sectors, including healthcare, real estate, consumer products, and power and utilities. Her work spans several countries in the region, including Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.
Prior to her specialization in transaction diligence, Liliana spent eight years on audit teams for both local and international companies. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Romanian Chamber of Auditors.
