Jan is a Partner at Ernst & Young GmbH based in Germany. He focuses on value creation and transformation programs.
Before joining EY-Parthenon in 2019, Jan spent 11 years as a CFO in the manufacturing, chemical and health care sectors. He began his career in consulting firms, focusing on value creation, organization and strategy projects.
He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
