How Adrienne is building a better working world
“I am passionate about talent development, investing time coaching and mentoring high performers within the firm, and also our DEI initiative, focusing on the career development of women and underrepresented minorities.
I'm actively involved in our University of Florida campus recruiting efforts and serve as a School of Accounting Advisory Board member, helping to align its rigorous and relevant programs that are fitting to our profession’s future employees.
I serve on the Advisory Board for the Posse Foundation, whose mission is to carefully select and train a diverse group of talented high school students to attend college, leveraging their leadership abilities on campus. The key to a promising future rests on the ability of strong leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop consensus solutions to complex social problems.
I am passionate about ESG and try to model behavior that is in line with making the world a better, safer, cleaner place.”
