Imad Alsadeq serves as a Partner in Business Consulting at EY MENA. His primary goal is to enable leaders and organizations refocus management practices to realize the benefits of their project portfolio and transformation programs.
With over 25 years of experience Alsadeq has played a pivotal role in the development of more than 50 enterprise project management offices (EPMO), Transformation Management Office (TMO) and Vision Realization Offices (VRO). His experience has been sought after by various private and government entities predominantly in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the US. His contributions span across leading, assessing, establishing and optimizing the performance and value proposition of these entities.
Imad holds a master’s degree in project management. He has enriched the industry by authoring and publishing books and technical papers, presenting them at international conferences and serving as a subject-matter resource (SMR) reviewer for global standards.
