Thomas is Partner and Nordic Leader of Supply Chain & Operations, responsible for the Nordic procurement team, and part of EY's Retail and Consumer team in the Nordics.
Thomas has 20 years of consulting experience with focus on logistics, distribution, procurement, as well as strategy, transformation programs and business development. He has supported several large corporations with company-wide transformation programs and has demonstrated significant value creation for his clients. Thomas has assisted numerous clients in increasing value from their procurement through procurement programs, strengthening procurement functions and sustainable procurement.
Thomas has extensive experience from the Norwegian and Nordic grocery industry, through work for several of the largest players on both strategy, logistics, procurement, and commercial development over the last 20 years.
Thomas holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a CEMS Master's in International Management from NHH and the University of Cologne.
