How Merete is building a better working world
"Everyone can play a part in helping to “build a better working world.” This may be small everyday things such as being involved in making customers and colleagues workdays more fulfilling and fun. It can also be things like contributing to long-term changes over time, which help to increase diversity. My involvement in EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year, and as a contributor and mentor in a mentoring programme for talented women adds a bit of spice to my workday.
By being actively involved in a number of specific initiatives to achieve a better gender balance in our industry, I hope to be able to make a difference."
