Magnus is a Partner in EY and member of the Strategy and Transactions team, with 15+ years of M&A experience.
His role involves buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, commercial advice, support with negotiations and handling of deal risks, including advising on sale and purchase agreements. Magnus works with domestic and international corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and initial public offerings in a broad range of industries, including energy, retail and consumer products, commercial real estate, construction, as well as technology.
Magnus holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), majoring in Financial Economics. He also holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from BI Norwegian Business School.
