Helmut works with several Swiss and international clients across all aspects of the CFO’s agenda. His areas of expertise are located within digital finance, sourcing models and digital business solutions, from developing a sourcing strategy and deal support to touchless processing and digital asset development.
Helmut spent 6 years of his EY career in EY’s Houston office, and was part of the structured finance merger and acquisition team. Throughout his international career, Helmut gained versatile experience for clients across multiple industries, including life sciences, industrial products, power & utilities, oil & gas, food & beverage, construction as well as financial services.
Helmut graduated with a degree in International Economics and International Business from the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck and a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
