Cédric Foray is the Global and EMEIA Telecommunications Sector Leader for the EY organization, overseeing more than 16,000 specialized professionals serving most telecom operators worldwide. He also manages the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) industry for the EY Europe West region and is responsible for relationships with a major European telecom operator.

Cédric has extensive experience working for telecommunications operators and technology companies in France and internationally. He cofounded an international strategy consulting firm specializing in Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications, which was acquired by EY in 2013. He launched EY Parthenon in France in 2017 and has led its growth for the past five years.

He has developed various skills in transactions, commercial strategies, go-to-market approaches, distribution models, cross-channel approaches, and digital and AI transformation in the B2B context.

How Cédric is building a better working world

Cédric is passionate about the positive impact that telecommunications can have on countries and communities. During his career he has led the launch of new telecommunications services (TV over ADSL, Fiber, Mobile Money and 3G) in France, in several European countries and also in Africa – where these services have contributed to economic development and enabled the rapid development of e-health and e-education services.
