Arbab is the CEO and Country Managing Partner for EY Norway. He also serves as the Nordic Head of CFO Advisory – Financial Services Organization. His team focuses on the CFO agenda, assisting chief financial officers at banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms in developing the finance function of the future.
Arbab has extensive experience in financial services, with a particular focus on helping CFOs to build the finance function of the future. He believes that the best teams are created through lifelong learning, diversity and a balance between work and leisure. He is a state authorized public accountant and has previously worked as an auditor at EY.
Arbab is a so-called “boomerang” who returned to EY in November 2018 after three years at another company where he, among other roles, was the CFO. He missed the people, the working environment and the opportunity for lifelong learning, which he believes EY facilitates in a unique way.
