How Martin is building a better working world

”My primary drive is to help shape the future of work, corporate structures and social developments.

The approaches adopted from lean management, the circular economy and design thinking result in a creative cocktail that accelerates change enormously. In this context, digitalization is the fundamental catalyst for rethinking business models, products, production and product use.

However, the social framework conditions change at a slower pace, but are critical when it comes to confidence in change. Let's take the example of fully automated, intelligent manufacturing: what do the employees then do for a living? What qualifications do those who design, implement and maintain this automation need? These are all questions that need to be considered now with sufficient foresight to channel the fascinating technical possibilities into a positive future.“
