Areas of focus

Keiichi is EY Japan Climate Change and Sustainability Services Leader; EY Asia-Pacific ESG and Sustainability Solution Leader. In this role, he integrated sustainability services in Japan and rebuilt it as Japan CCaSS.

He is making efforts to build a strong business model for the Japan CCaSS services by proactively participating in global standard-setting and focusing on building future markets.

Prior to joining EY, he was global sustainability strategy leader for a Japanese manufacturer, working to integrate sustainability into their long-term business strategy. He also has experience with global talent management and business process engineering.

He holds a Master of Business Administration, Keio University.

Keiichi’s vision is to see the emergence of the next generation of capitalism through building a sustainable society and sustainable businesses. He believes that we can do this by demonstrating good practices in cooperation with EY clients. Currently, our services focus on proving the case for sustainability for companies as well as society. More and more, we see that sustainability issues are being integrated into finance, business management and public policy.
