As EY Asean and Singapore Consulting Leader, Gaurav leads EY teams to help organizations in the private and public sectors address transformation and industry disruption issues, with a focus on technology, innovation and people.

Previously, Gaurav was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Asia at a leading global consulting, technology services and digital transformation company. He also built up and led the Asia-Pacific and Japan technology, media and telecommunications practice and spearheaded the organization’s transition to build advanced digital portfolios in the region.

Over the last two decades, Gaurav has led numerous acquisitions and major transformations across the Asia-Pacific region. These include electricity market deregulation in Singapore; telco transformation in the Philippines, Hong Kong and Malaysia; and customer experience transformation in Singapore. 

Gaurav holds a postgraduate in Business Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, India.
