Inculcate awareness among Malaysian students on how to apply enterprise technology in a business environment
Cultivate innovation and growth in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) workforce to support Malaysia’s digital plan
Establish a network for young technologists to kick-start their careers

This is a team challenge comprising of 2-4 members per team

Open to penultimate and final year Malaysian undergraduate students or final year Malaysian postgraduate students studying in local and overseas universities.

2022 marked the inaugural EY Young Technology Professional Challenge with collaboration from SAP and Digital Penang.
EY’s intent is to create a positive impact on society and build a better working world. This year, EY is collaborating with SAP and PETRONAS to provide a platform for university students and young graduates to test their business acumen, commercial awareness and technology skills.
The EY Young Technology Professional Challenge aims to:-
Inculcate awareness among local students on how to apply enterprise technology in a business environment
Cultivate innovation and growth in the STEM workforce to support Malaysia’s digital plan
Establish a network for young technologists to kick-start their careers
This is a team challenge, comprising two to four members per team and is open to penultimate and final year Malaysian undergraduate students or final year Malaysian postgraduate students studying in local and overseas universities.
Participants in the EY YTPC competition will be challenged with case studies and interviews before the judges who will be looking for evidence of creative and analytical strengths, as well as practical skills, inclusive leadership behavior and personality. The panel of judges will then confirm the top three winning teams of the EY Young Technology Challenge 2024.
The judging panel will include partners and subject matter representatives from EY Technology Consulting practice, SAP and PETRONAS.
