Based on performance throughout the program, students may be offered permanent employment with EY
Penultimate year university students from underserved community. This includes (but not limited to):
• Being first in the family to attend university
• Facing financial hardships
• Growing up in a low-income household
Individuals who are curious, purpose-driven, resilient, motivated, Who show initiative and are inclusive
Good record of activities outside of the classroom
Able to participate in the program for a minimum duration of 4 months
