Valerio is responsible for planning, organizing and managing financial reporting teams specialized in private equity.
He is in charge for reviewing the carried interest model and the waterfall calculation of a number of private equity funds and their compliance with the fund’s regulation.
He is also responsible for the preparation of technical accounting memoranda providing clients with a second opinion on complex matters including financial instruments, translation in foreign currency and consolidation requirements.
Before joining EY he was the CFO of a large real estate fund in charge for the leading a number of transactions.
Valerio holds a degree in Economics from the University of Naples “Federico II”. Course of five years concluded with the highest mark (110 cum laude).
