Jean-Marc is a Partner and a Certified Independent Auditor in Luxembourg (réviseur d'entreprises agréé).
He is in charge of the audit of various investment funds (UCITS, PE funds, etc.), management companies, professionals of the financial sector and other types of companies.
Within EY Luxembourg Wealth and Asset Management department, Jean-Marc leads the Regulatory and Compliance Services of which the primary objective is to ensure consistency in answering to internal or external questions on topics such as eligibility of assets (mainly UCITS funds), investment restrictions and compliance (including investment strategies, respect of investment policy, etc.). In this role, he is also the EY point of contact with the CSSF for all regulatory questions relating to asset management.
Jean-Marc graduated as commercial engineer from Hautes Etudes Commerciales - Liege, Belgium.
