Sam is responsible for activating the services offered by the UK iteration of the Neuro-Diverse Center of Excellence. These offerings include positive social and commercial outcomes for our clients. Having engaged across a range of sectors and spoken at multiple events, he is able to articulate the transformative power that embracing neurodiversity can have for an organization.

 

How Sam is building a better working world

 

Using EY’s Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence as a platform, Sam advocates for both heightened levels of inclusion and greater recognition for the strengths of the neurodivergent population. There is a rise of support by organizations taking the conversation more seriously from diversity and commercial perspectives.

Through the creation of more neuroinclusive teams, the data points to a more productive, creative and innovative workforce, which leads to further opportunities for exceptional client service, more tangible ROI, and a better culture.
