She has over 30 years of experience focused on Business Transformations, Change Management and Talent. Libby’s experiences include change management and talent evolution to help enable global finance transformations, operating model design, organization-wide strategic implementations, digital upskilling and other complex change programs.

Libby has successfully helped manage complex, global projects involving multiple functional work streams for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products, life sciences, diversified industrial products, technology and professional services industries. Her experience includes working in the US, Europe and Asia.

She has an undergraduate degree in accountancy from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University.
