Keith primarily serves as EY Global and EY Americas Advisory Leader for Artificial Intelligence, helping clients understand and activate a new wave of digital transformation, which is enabled by data science and the integration of robotic, intelligent and autonomous systems. Keith is also the digital leader for the global technology practice.

Keith has a 20-year record of advising public and private sector clients on digital strategy and business transformation across every facet of the enterprise from employee and customer experience through technology operations and risk management.

More recently, Keith has pioneered new ways to formulate the business case for investing in AI, techniques for designing conversational AI experiences and a framework for designing trust into AI systems.

Keith holds a BS with Honors in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a JD from NYU School of Law.
