As the EY-Parthenon Americas Financial Services Industry Leader, Andre guides the organization’s thinking on financial services strategy, M&A, transformation and innovation.

He leads teams that help clients create lasting stakeholder value by developing sustainable strategies and achieving growth through both organic and inorganic means.

Prior to joining the EY organization, Andre worked in banking and at a FinTech startup.

He holds a BA from the University of Chicago.
