Over the weekend, the Portuguese Union of Consular Workers, Diplomatic Missions and Central Services (the Union) announced that they have resumed negotiations with the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a result, the global strike that was scheduled to begin on 5 December 2022 has been cancelled until further notice.
