How Joshua is building a better working world

“I work with retail clients who are doing the hard and necessary work of anticipating what future consumers will want and need. This transformation work requires re-examining everything from strategy and technology to organization and culture. In doing so, organizations are made more relevant to their customers, employees, communities and shareholders.”
