Géraldine is the Financial Services Legal Leader for Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats – France. She leads and supervises a team of 25 lawyers experienced in banking, finance and insurance.
Géraldine has more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice and assistance on banking, securities trading, asset management and insurance, regulatory, compliance and litigation. Prior to joining EY in 2016, she was a partner for a UK law firm, based in Paris, leading dispute resolution practice.
Géraldine is notably accomplished within market abuse issues and regulatory litigation in France.
She is an Attorney-at-law and passed the Bar Exam in 2001. Géraldine earned her Law degree from the University of Paris Sorbonne, LLM (specialization in Finance and Banking Law) from the University la Sorbonne and LLM (specialization in Business Law) from the University Paris Dauphine. She also has a BA in Management and Finance from the University Paris Dauphine.
