Tina is specialized in Danish company law, cross border reorganizations and FDI-screenings in Denmark.
She makes the theoretically difficult matters understandable and accessible to the clients and manages to incorporate this in a structured way in large projects. Tina is focusing on the international clients and is often working closely together with connections from other countries.
Tina has a master in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School.
