How Mick is building a better working world

"I am comfortable when things are done proper, in every way. From a work perspective, this means that I always strive to ensure we give our customers advice that is competent, effective and creates value, for the benefit of their business.

For my team, this means that I attempt to ensure we have a working environment where the individual’s competences are developed, where we work together as a team and, not least, where there is a clear focus on job satisfaction.

When we treat our employees well at EY, it isn’t simply because we have a good business. We have a good business because we treat our employees well.”
