Mette Storm is EMEIA CFO and Transformation Leader, and Nordic COO. She is part of the top management for the entire EMEIA region, the Nordic top management in EY and part of the top management in EY Denmark.
In her role as EMEIA CFO, Mette Storm has the ultimate responsibility to set the direction and lead EY's EMEIA region across 98 countries with 110,000 employees. With the EMEIA-wide responsibility for Transformation, she aims to enhance collaboration across regions, business areas and functions.
Mette began her career in the financial sector focusing on strategic projects, restructuring, and optimization. The other half of her career is spent in the consulting industry; the first years in KPMG until the EY acquisition in 2014. Since then, in EY.
Mette has a master's degree from CBS (cand.ling.merc.). She has since furthered her education at IMD, Wharton and Copenhagen Business School in management, organizational theory, change management and board work.
