Henry is a Senior Restructuring Partner at Ernst & Young – Australia. With over 30 years of experience (25 as a Partner) in corporate and personal restructuring, he has advised a broad range of stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
In 2015, EY acquired the restructuring practice formerly known as Kazar Slaven based in Canberra. With two Partners and 11 professionals, EY is now one of the largest restructuring practices in the Australian Capital Territory and region. Henry was a founding Partner of Kazar Slaven, which had been operating for over eight years.
He is a Registered Company Liquidator and Official Liquidator, Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and member of the Australian Restructuring and Turnaround Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Australian National University.
