Peter is responsible for EY's Strategy and Transactions team in the Central Cluster region, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Peter started his career at EY in the UK and became qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. He transferred to the Prague office in 1996 and has been specialized in transaction advisory services since 2000. Peter has led hundreds of due diligence, M&A, IPO and corporate finance projects in CEE over the last 20+ years for private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and real estate funds, as well as corporate clients.
