She is a trusted advisor for fast-growing privately held companies across the Nordics with ambitions to grow beyond borders. Additionally, she helps entrepreneurial businesses and private equity-backed companies. She has vast experience leading professional teams, providing a full range of services tailored to clients' needs across tax, transactions, IPO advisory, technology and sustainability.

Helena earned an MBA and an MSc in Tax Law from Stockholm University and is a certified tax advisor. With over 30 years of broad professional experience, including international roles and leading diverse international teams, Helena offers tax advice and specialty solutions to fast-growing companies and prominent business families across the Nordics. Additionally, she is a frequent speaker at tax conferences and educational seminars.
