Tristan manages the EY-Parthenon service line in Belgium. He is the Market Segment Leader for Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction in Belgium. He joined EY in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in, among other services, corporate finance, project finance and private equity.

Tristan started his career in the academic world in valuation, financial analysis and project finance. In 1997, he joined an Investment Banking division of a Belgian bank. Between 2000 and 2001, he worked as an Investment Manager for a buyout fund.

He holds an MSc in Economics from KU Leuven and an MSc in Accountancy & Finance from the EHSAL Management School, Brussels. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
