How Sumit is building a better working world
“As we have seen, supply chains are prone to massive shocks from geopolitical challenges, a pandemic, changes to global tax laws, buying patterns, heightened technology adoption and attrition levels. Supply chains also have a critical role in corporate risk and sustainability goals.
As a result, supply chains are now elevated to C-suite and board-level discussions. I believe that supply chains are at their best when they are invisible to consumers and internal stakeholders, bringing them the very best products and services to help them lead fulfilled lives, without any interruptions.
I have worked to build a better working world with supply chains leading the charge, by helping supply chain executives focus on more value-added work, deliver innovative products to markets and decarbonize the environment. In addition, I help our teams through increased diversity and inclusion, where every idea and person are welcome in shaping a better tomorrow.”
