Greg has over 20 years of experience assisting companies with corporate finance matters, including strategic alternative analyses, portfolio reviews, capital allocation, business valuation and valuation diligence-related matters. As a member of the EY Corporate Finance Leadership Team, he focuses on bringing the broad talents of our EY professionals to the topic at hand.
He has a diverse background with significant experience in the consumer products, technology and sports industries, among others, and he serves as the Strategy and Transactions Leader for several companies in these sectors.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Greg spent seven years in litigation consulting focused on business enterprise valuation, accounting malpractice, funds tracing and fraud investigation. He has a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
