Barak is the EY Americas Strategy and Transactions Technology Sector Leader. Based in San Francisco, he spends much of his time advising on M&A transactions on a range of topics from growth strategy development and due diligence, to portfolio management and divestment planning and execution. He has experience across multiple sub-sectors including B2B software verticals, tech-enabled businesses, consumer technology, hardware, infrastructure and IT Services.

Barak regularly represents EY-Parthenon in the media, and his views and thought leadership publications have been featured on various media platforms including Bloomberg Radio and Bloomberg, Barron’s, CFO.com, Business Insider and InformationWeek.

Prior to relocating to New York and later San Francisco, Barak started his career in London.
